I'm not referring to your multiplexes which might be playing the newest Hollywood blockbusters, I'm referring to those historic theatres that take part in the classic movies we loved watching when we were becoming an adult. Thanks to home video, "Big Trouble in Little China" gained a tremendous cult following, and audiences like it today you might say that you wished they did back when it first arrived on the scene. It's this kind of kick to watch this film with an audience because they are in hysterics over Kurt Russell delivering his dialogue by having an unapologetic John Wayne swagger, so we have long since accepted the truth that his character of Jack Burton is a lot more of a blowhard when compared to a hero.
