I must admit, I wondered what are the Universe could be trying to inform me, or where my inner guidance is attempting to draw my attention.

Because of this exchange, it behooves us to look at care of our own environment, and the ones around us. We are connected from the air we share.
And biggest ' breath is life. If we are breathing, so we know it, we're alive! Breathing is a full mind-body-spirit experience.
Of course, in the medical world, breathing is an important indicator of life and death. This points to a different reason I may have discovered myself with several songs about breathing ' I found a lot of them on the soundtracks with the TV medical drama, Grey's Anatomy!
