!!! New Scary Movies Dvd 2010

New Scary Movies Dvd 2010! There are a lot of web sites on the Internet for watching movies however, not all of them are user friendly, reliable and still have movies suitable for families. I have found a spot with all three of these qualities so I wish to share the web link along.

Movies Online is extremely popular with my children. The site has both free movies and films for pay. The price is incredibly little, especially since there is no need to go out to rent or return a DVD. I like to support my neighborhood stores, though the Internet is very convenient and so the shops have some strong competition. Payments are handled through PayPal.

Finding movies is incredibly easy since do so by genre or alphabetically. There are many new movies and there are also many good older movies, a huge selection of good movies in every genre.

Viewers also have input into which free movies will likely be chosen next. If you wish to be part of the online community there are numerous ways to participate by rating movies, giving reviews, joining the forum or sending messages.

The fantasy genre is among our favorites and I have realized many fantastic movies ideal for families. Here are two family films I highly recommend.

"The Secret of Moonacre" is listed just as one adventure, family, fantasy, and romance. I add one more: humor. This is a magical movie, a coming of age movie about Maria finding her strategy to bring two feuding families together, two prideful lovers together as well as saving the valley from destruction. Along the way she meets a boy her age who acts being a boy enthusiastic about a girl. (You'll see!) Maria's governess is entirely nutty and lovable, her uncle handsome and irritable, and her beautiful, mysterious friend who lives in the forest looks very much like the painting from the Moonacre princess hanging around the hallway wall.

The second family fantasy movie is "Inkheart." A girl realizes her father contains the very unusual talent of being able to make stories stand out by reading loudly. Brendan Fraser stars since the father wanting to protect his daughter if the real world and the storybook world become entangled. Her father finds that without his daughter's help their real life can't be set right. This may be better for older children because the antics from the odd, mean hoodlum gang can seem quite threatening.

Enjoy!

The Secret of Moonacre (2008)

Based for the book "The Little White Horse" by Elizabeth Goudge

Inkheart (2008)

Based on the book "Inkheart" by Cornelia Funke

>>> Rent Dvd Training

Rent Dvd Training! When one acknowledges making a film, millions of dollars are needed to accomplish this endeavor. Even when someone considers a micro budget movie, approximately $100,000 is still needed to perform this. However, there exists a way to produce a film for no money. You just need a strategy and a solid band of friends.

Making a motion picture doesn't require vast amounts or even thousands of dollars. For alongside nothing, you can make a movie, although first thing you should do is resign yourself to the simple fact you will have no major name actors within your movie to help you sell it. It is also imperative that you understand in which you shoot your movie, because some states ensure it is impossible to come up with a movie without having a lot of money (like California). There are a number of shortcuts you can look at to make sure to not only shoot your movie totally free but also finish it and get it seen.

The right off the bat you must secure to shoot a no-budget movie is equipment. If you are only starting, that will require finding someone that owns equipment that one could bring aboard to help you help make your movie. On my first video clip, we found someone at my school who owned a nice camera (Canon XL-1) and offered him the chance be our director of photography. I needed lights, so I found someone I had met in the local film scene and offered him the opportunity be a production adviser and, because of this, he brought his lights for us to use. By offering people the chance to take active roles in our movies, they produced the equipment we needed for free.

A number of years later, I was capable of purchase my own camera and lights and, as it was an out of pocket expenditure, it meant all movies shot next could be my potential for making no-budget films whenever I wanted. What made this great is I could hire whoever I wanted from this level on because I was not counting on using other people's equipment.

When shooting a feature length movie, this can be possible. While the movie had not been a no-budget film, someone I know shot a movie for $85,000 which gave them little money for anything special about the shoot. However, they met someone before and they called him to find out if he was interested in being the director of photography for his or her movie. He asked what type of camera they planned to shoot with plus they joked that they would love to utilize the Red digital video camera. They knew there was clearly little potential for using this camera thanks to its $25,000-plus asking price. However, it simply so happened the director of photography a friend who owned a Red and, by hiring his friend as a possible assistant, that they had access to a Red free of charge and were able to shoot their movie with similar camera David Fincher employed in "The Social Network." The moral to this story is it really helps to network and it never hurts to ask others for help.

The next step for making no-budget films is finding your cast. This is actually the easiest the main process. There are hundreds, maybe thousands, of actors and actresses looking for work. First, you can't get a SAG actor or anyone in the television world to be within your film. Their union membership mandates that you receive permission to cast them with your movie and there exists a minimum wage you must pay them, even on a micro-budget film, that can keep some budget minded independent filmmakers from making their movies. You also be forced to pay the other actors inside movie for those who have one SAG member as well.

This means you have to look in other places for the talent. First, check local schools. Most schools have bulletin boards in their acting department with open casting calls. Find a local actor by giving a casting call through fliers in schools, booksellers, coffee houses and much more. Plaster your casting call fliers everywhere and hope to the best. Make sure you are clear about the casting call that you're making no-budget films and there's only credit to become offered. It is also possible to read casting calls online, through sites for actors and local filmmakers at the same time as on classified sites like Craigslist.

When there is a casting call, make sure to cast the proper people for the roles but also beware of attitudes which may arise. The last thing a no-budget filmmaker needs on set is somebody who thinks these are bigger than the project. An actor might have success in television commercials or stage plays but, when they come in with an attitude problem, they are going to cause your production to crash down near you.

Make sure every actor signs a contract to be the movie so no person will come back later and attempt to sue you for appearance.

The final thing you'll want to think about is in which you shoot your movie. If you shoot in a very state like California or New York, you simply must apply for permits that can cost you money. Also, in states like California, most locations will expect one to pay for the best to shoot there. However, should you shoot in locations like Oklahoma or smaller states, it is easy to find locations allowing that you shoot there at no cost as long as you show the organization in a positive light. Also, in Oklahoma there is no need to get permits to shoot anywhere that is public property. With those restrictions lifted, the last step for making no-budget films is out of the way.

You spend several of searching, trying to discover whatever it is you are searching for, with no success. It's time to just quit completely and view a movie. Well, this is problem number two. You have a small TV that doesn't even possess the connections to get together your el cheapo DVD player as well as if in college either the DVD's are all scratched up otherwise you have seen the flicks a zillion and a couple times, right? Does this scenerio sound familar to anyone around? Well get in touch with your boyfriend or girlfriend (in the event you have their number) and enquire of him to wire you a show, lol. Although nobody is really much into the movie scene, we thought that you may take interest in this site. There are occasions where we do watch movies therefore we can definitely claim that it can be a legit site and quite a few (otherwise most) of the flicks come in well. There are even new movies which simply came out in video also. Ok, I know about what you are thinking right about now. How much space will I need to download a motion picture? or How do I know that there aren't any viruses during these movies, like there is in Limewire? Rest assured, this can be nothing like Limewire. Let's also say that you don't must download anything. All you do is select a link and wham there you go, instant movie close to your computer screen.

Hey and yes it gets better then that with there being a lot of movies to chose from. My kids have observed some from the newest Disney movies. There are a few that I want to see too such as Vanilla Sky and Pride and Prejudice. I haven't seen them, yet I just contain the 'want to'. Now Vanilla Sky does not work properly, so I must head for another source. Then Pride and Prejudice takes awhile to load in spite of fast cable. For the most part, it's really worth the wait should you want to see the movie.

There may also be HTML codes to link the films somewhere else. This is another awesome feature. If you want to brag or complain, you may do that at the same time. >>> Rent Dvd Players At Blockbuster

Rent Dvd Players At Blockbuster! I'm a straightforward man. I'm not dirt poor but I'm not what you would call "well off". So when I hear the saying "FREE", my head pops up and I take notice. I'm a musician and singer having a deep love and appreciation for music. I'm a significant movie buff and revel in sitting down with a good movie. I'm and a computer geek that wants to play video games, and have acquainted with the most up-to-date computer software. However, I don't possess the $599.00 US dollars to cover a program like Adobe Photoshop or $60 US dollars to invest on the new Roxio Easy CD creator and I'd like to see the hot new movie releases in the comfort of my personal home and not have to spend about $30 US dollars for my lady and I to visit the local cinema. My lady and I still visit the movies about twice a month. I still purchase a CD occasionally but I can't stand buying a CD if I'm only likely to like 2 songs from the 12 which might be on it. So I download these things. Now the games I download usually don't stay on my PC for too long. After I beat the game in most cases, I delete the file. The music I keep and the software applications I usually keep also. Do I feel a bit guilty? Not at all. Allow me to explain somewhat.

Back within the 1990s (before I owned a computer) like most other people, I was paying $18 US dollars for the music CD. I was paying $20 US dollars for a new release VHS video cassette (that eventually wore out). Even within the year 2000, I was investing in software hence the entire media industry has got a decent share of my money over the years.

Myself, I'm a musician, singer, and songwriter. I try to think about it from your artist's point of view. As a struggling artist inside a constant search for getting heard and becoming my stuff "out there", I wholeheartedly support music downloading. I figure the greater people that hear my stuff, the better. And If (God willing) I ever get to the point where I get signed with a major label, I KNOW more and more of my Cd's will probably be sold than downloaded. Bands and artists like Metallica and Madonna have to get a grip. They're not hurting and either of them can make a CD that sounds good OR bad and this will sell.

The Arguments.

Many report that the reason that it costs somewhat more to attend a movie at the cinema and rent a technology these days is because of the many who're illegally downloading the movies. In the infamous words of "Co. Potter" in the classic TV series M*A*S*H, "HORSE HOCKEY!!!" They charge additional money because they CAN. EVERYTHING else adjusted way up in price. Why would media and on-line computer games and software be any different?

I recall going to a public service message on TV which has a few big and popular actors and actresses saying that when you download movies, that you're not just hurting the actors and actresses. The message procedes show pictures of camera men, makeup artists, and all the tech people behind the scenes of such big movies and yes it tells you that you are hurting THEM to? What does "Co. Potter" must say to that? "BUFFALO BAGELS!!!" It would be a secure bet how the "Key Grip" personnel (exactly what do those people DO anyway?) that worked about the movies like "Lord Of The Rings", "Talladega Nights", and "American Pie" remain working in the film industry and are NOT eating at the neighborhood soup kitchen. They are NEEDED in film production and they are generally STILL producing movies. I mean, who's gonna GRIP THAT KEY'

The Culprits

We've all got word of Napster (a legit company now) and Kazaa though every program that gets disabled or forced to go legit, there are several new programs released. The technology itself is changing also. Programs like "Limewire" , "Bear Share" and "Shareaza" include the current and quite a few popular "Peer To Peer" programs. The current technology is "Torrent" files and many programs are available to download "Torrent" files also. It's a little complicated however, not difficult to learn. Computer geeks as well as some below knowledgeable soccer moms and grandma's are jumping around the Torrent wagon.. (Climb up to speed, we've got PLENTY of room). The current top Torrent program and technology is known as "Bit Torrent".

What Can Be Done About This?

VERY LITTLE. Downloading files illegally has grown to be so easy and therefore, VERY popular. Sure, the important companies can nab a number of users, prosecute to make an example of them but it's just a drop in the bucket. Laws will vary all over the world and people are downloading from worldwide. Software and game companies have implemented technology to prevent hackers from cracking their program. This amuses me. There are BIG teams all over the world that have a huge number of members (I'm on one of which) talented in various areas of hacking which are always collaborating to have around these products and they consistently do. Some have mentioned Internet Service Providers joining fighting against people who illegally download by limiting bandwidth that many user uses. BUT, this could make the LEGIT Internet users suffer too. People who BUY a LEGAL copy of your game by way of example like "Battlefield 2" and get involved in it online (the only method you can get involved in it) will use a LOT of bandwidth each month and aren't doing ANYTHING illegal. So you won't see a lot of that happening and if it does happen, they will suffer and ultimately lift the restriction.

An Example

A recording studio software company called "Steinberg" has a plan called "Cubase SX". When you purchase the program for $400 US dollars, incorporated with the install discs is a "dongle key". This can be a small stick that plugs into the USB port on your desktop. This stick, validates this software. You NEED this stay with operate it. Full proof right? WRONG. Within 2 DAYS of this program's release, a "dongle key" file was made that fooled your personal computer into thinking how the actual "dongle key" was attached to the USB port. Do I have it? YES. Did I PURCHASE the best copy than it? I'll never tell. (wink).

Now I DO have SOME morals. I download these things for my own use. Sure I'll burn a CD of Norton Anti Virus 2006 for any friend nevertheless, you won't see me offering to offer copies of the $2500 US dollar recording studio application that I have for $500 or selling a DVD (very good quality) copy of "Pirates Of The Caribbean, Dead Man's Chest" for $10 US dollars. Doing THAT is pretty hefty crime wise i believe.

The issue with the illegal downloading of music, movies, software and games is GIGANTIC and too large to make any sort of real dent. When a whole new CD from a designer is no longer shipped multi platinum with out longer sells like mad, I'll stop downloading music. When new movies stop breaking box office records on opening weekend, I'll stop downloading movies, when the stock shares of software and game companies start plummeting, I'll stop downloading games and apps. Until then, I will carry on and upgrade my PC tower with larger and multiple computer drives to accommodate the files I download.

Scary Movie 4 Dvd Cover

Scary Movie 4 Dvd Cover! Your Thanksgiving free movie list is just two movies long, but what movies! Unlike Halloween (that I offered which you list of 100 free scary movies here), Thanksgiving needs a different twist. Neither more likely to be specific to Thanksgiving, nonetheless they relate to some themes from the holiday. Frankly, I can enjoy these free movies for Thanksgiving or any day from the year.

The Louisiana Story

Watch The Louisiana Story - here Wikipedia - here IMDB - here (Internet Movie DataBase)

Big oil company propaganda with a heart! Just the free movie we'd like for Thanksgiving! This 78-minute semi-documentary from 1948 is one in the most lyrical American films ever produced. In 1994, The Louisiana Story was selected for preservation inside the United States National Film Registry through the Library of Congress to be "culturally, historically, or aesthetically significant." It is the story of the Cajun boy and the family, living for the bayous you might say of life that people can barely imagine.

The boy's family rents land on the oil company, which comes in, drills, and leaves everything much like it was, clean and unspoiled with the exception that the family carries a little more money. (Yes, it had been funded with the Standard Oil Company.)

The boy spends the majority of his time on his narrow boat (pirogue), floating over the bayous, prime snake and alligator habitat, along with his pet raccoon. He never wears a life preserver or shoes... doesn't even have a cell phone to call in case he gets having problems. There is not much story, only a celebration (in these stunning black and white photography that you might well wonder what the big deal is all about color) of an way of life that is no longer along with us.

All with the actors were amateurs, as well as for most, this is their only film. As of April 2007, J.C. Boudreaux, who played the boy, was surviving in a FEMA trailer along with his wife of fifty-five years, after Hurricane Rita destroyed their house. (source). He had a chance at fame inside movies, but that he stayed where he was from and apparently knew as a kid an appreciation of family (a relationship of over fifty years) reflects why I consider The Louisiana Story a suitable free movie for one of our most family-friendly holidays.

The complete film is accessible for free at Veoh.com. As I have discussed earlier, you must download their free video player in order to watch or download their films. I have downloaded and installed it, and above all, uninstalled it, without any problems whenever I want to watch certainly one of their free movies.

The Passion of Joan of Arc (La passion de Jeanne d'Arc)

Watch The Passion of Joan of Arc - here Wikipedia - here IMDB - here

A monochrome silent film that ends which has a woman being burned alive? Oh, yes, exactly what every family needs at Thanksgiving. But, I have three reasons for including The Passion of Joan of Arc on this pair of free movies for Thanksgiving.

First, I am thankful that The Passion of Joan of Arc was ever made. Second, I am thankful that The Passion of Joan of Arc was preserved. The director Carl Theodor Dreyer (more) died believing that the last copy was destroyed. In a bit of weirdness that sounds a lot more like a movie compared to the truth, a nearly complete print is discovered in 1981 in a very janitor's closet of a Norwegian mental institution.

Finally, I am grateful that people can watch this magnificent film, on many lists from the greatest films of them all, free of charge online at Gloria.tv, a Roman Catholic video site.

Maria Falconetti (more), who plays Joan, suffered a difficult breakdown during the making of this film, and she or he never made another film. Pauline Kael (more), a notoriously demanding film critic, asserted Falconetti's performance "may be the finest performance ever documented on film."

There is much good covering The Passion of Joan of Arc, this now free movie about the Internet. My favorite essay is actually Matthew Dessem in their blog (here). I will include that a film that deals having a person who had such strong beliefs - and accepted the consequences - is a very appropriate film for Thanksgiving... or everyday.

Recent Movies On Dvd Release! Recently, the web movies market has certain been booming using a great deal of new ways to watch free movies online and paid free movies online coming to the fore.A large number of methods usually are not new - causing all of them work on allowing users to look at movies online easily in the totally legitimate manner. So just why is basically that you have to pay to watch movies online occasionally when it's possible to accomplish that totally free on other occasions?Simple: It is all about the product quality, as well as the supply. Most free movies online (at the least the legitimate ones) be a consequence of free TV stations which might be broadcasted online. Generally speaking, these TV stations experience two problems especially - firstly their quality can vary from being great (HD quality) to poor (subpar and barely watchable!).And more importantly, free movies online from free online TV stations have a very preprogrammed schedule - comparable to regular TV! That means that youre going to have to find what is playing on which channel and be sure you stick to the timing.Obviously this can be inconvenient for several web users.Last and surely most famously, youll learn that if you watch movies online at no cost TV channels sometimes the film you might want to watch continues being dubbed inside a foreign language (even though it wasnt listed as a result!).In a nutshell, movies online through free channels can be available and fully legitimate - rather than exactly ideal! On the other hand paid movies online generally keep to the video on demand model. This means that it is possible to choose location youd like to observe movies online! Also, youll find that you possess a much wider variety out there, with an increase of premium movies available when compared with free movies online from free TV stations. And naturally - the grade of watch movies online can be a whole lot better too.All said and done, there really isn't comparing paid movies online against movies online .Undoubtedly, the previous is certainly superior generally in most way apart from the fact that it's not at all free!Nonetheless that's to be expected considering payable for that privilege of watching movies through these channels, so that you can expect a similar quality of service exactly like you went out and actually rented the film to begin with.Remember this: Free movies online are legitimate and easily accessible, however, in the event youre searching for quality and convenient, spending several extra cents every so often on a movie you will like could definitely certainly be a plus point. Also it is worth noting that some paid online movies channels have new releases which might be being aired inside cinema too!

!!! Rent Dvd Online Free Trial

Rent Dvd Online Free Trial! Do you download your movies for viewing on your pc or tv? Who doesnt? With this in mind, can you be sure which movie download site to select for your membership? There are hundreds, or else thousands, of movie download sites to decide on from? Heres what you should know about picking between free and paid memberships to movie download sites.

Free Movie Downloads

Who wouldnt love a no cost movie download, after they could get one? No one. There are a number of catches towards the free movie download, though-that you could be aware of. There are many free file sharing and movie download sites who advertise free movies. The problem? There are many.

Illegal: The first problem is that free movie downloading is against the law. Its called piracy", and it is punishable by steep fines and/or prison time. Is that movie worthy of it?

Quality Suffers: Second, usually when you download free movies, you will get poor quality movies. Anyone can upload the movie content, and sometimes no site administrator checks these movies before sharing all of them with you. Thus, you get wrong titles, poor quality versions, and interrupted files.

Partial Movies: Another commonality of free movie download sites could be that the movies available are often offered in parts, so you have to help keep downloading your movie little by little.

Paid Movie Downloads

No one wants to have to pay to get a movie whenever they dont wish to, but obviously-you receive what you purchase. This said, what do you need to find out about paid movie download sites to acquire all that you spend on?

Choose Wisely: First, there are many sites on the market that offer movie downloads for paid memberships. Just because you have to pay, doesnt mean you obtain all that you deserve.

Get Quality, Full Movies: Make sure that the movies you will get are in full version and quality.

Queen To Play Movie Dvd

Queen To Play Movie Dvd! Looking at the differences between the Blu-ray format along with the DVD format, what one will win? The reigning champion or the new contender?

To tell the truth, three years ago with the start in the new format wars between HD-DVD and Blu-Ray, it had not been easy to call who be the clear winner. Now, several years later, Blu-Ray could be the clear winner, but what made it happen win exactly? With the economy being as bad since it is, the typical consumer doesn't need enough money to splurge with an expensive setup for Blu-Ray. Consider the things you'll have to get an experience above DVD-quality from a Blu-Ray Disc: HDTV, Receiver, Speakers, HDMI connections, as well as an expensive disc player. So in case you are still on the fence, it's with valid reason, at this time, DVD continues to be reigning champion inside local Blockbuster. That being said, let's take a look at the merits of the DVD compared to those from the Blu-Ray Disc.

I still remember when folks were on the fence about switching from VHS to DVD players, and that wasn't way too long ago. About ten years ago, VHS was finally supplanted with the DVD format because standard for from movie-watching to movie-recording and file storage. This change was implemented quickly because while DVD players initially were very costly, it didn't take a long time for people to realize that it was a revolutionary alternation in quality. The DVD held much more information along with a considerably more loss-less way, instead of the magnetic VHS tape that could be erased on impulse.

Today, the DVD remains to be on top of its game. The way DVDs continue to be making their way into the hands of consumers is because of how cheap these are. Consider that if I wished to rent a DVD movie for a single night and watch it, that single rental will cost me a dollar. For Blu-Ray, no such option exists, I would have to go to a neighborhood movie rental company, pay well over $4 to rent the movie approximately 5 days.

The saturation of the DVD on the market today can also help significantly. Almost every house in America has seen or played a DVD in the course of the past year, and for this reason, services like RedBox and Netflix are really useful and profitable.

But it's more than simply affordability. The common person perceives DVD quality to get sufficiently good that they wouldn't must waste money buying expensive equipment to experience Blu-Ray or other formats. To an audiophile or those who crave their video in 1080p, such talk is blasphemy, however in the hands of the non-informed person, a $20 DVD player is considerably more effective than a $200 Blu-Ray player.

I'm a major proponent from the Blu-Ray format. Is it because in the high-bit-rate TrueHD multichannel in DTS? Is it because from the 1080p video which makes the images on the watch's screen come to life? Is it because from the amount of features and quality which can be crammed right into a 50 Gb Disc? The answer is that it's all in the above. The Blu-Ray Disc is often a leap forward technologically, the other that was inconceivable about several years ago inside heyday with the DVD format.

Of course, the main barrier of admission to the Blu-Ray Disc 'party' may be the cost. Currently, an individual working minimum wage or even a lower-end job can most assuredly afford a DVD player and a $1 rental to experience a great family movie night, however they can't afford the setup essential to watch movies in 1080p.

Another problem with Blu-Ray is that it's still traditional thinking of a market that's increasingly skipping over into the digital realm. Microsoft captured made a powerful statement about not needing to install Blu-Ray players inside their Xbox systems through providing 1080p streaming video over the Internet. How well this particular service works remains to become seen, along with the cost is still a bit too high, however, if it works, streaming video could easily supplant both the DVD and Blu-Ray formats.

With streaming video, so long as it comes with an Internet-enabled box underneath your TV, you can access the content you would like over the Internet whenever you want, and hopefully for the monthly fee instead of an individual, per-movie cost. Even better, if you're the sort it doesn't mind getting their hands dirty, an HTPC is an investment within the future of movie watching.

With an HTPC and an Internet enabled Wireless-N card, you'll send your video watching into new heights. A simple DVR program as well as a TV tuner will make sure that all the information that you already pay for via cable and satellite can easily be recorded and watched later. Furthermore, for those that have the know-how, the Internet is littered with copies of high-resolution movies, even 1080p movies that, despite a good Internet connection will only take 3-4 hours to download.

The harsh reality for the DVD as well as the Blu-Ray format is the fact that physical discs seem being on their way out. For those that have enough money to pay for their video, it appears that streaming is a considerably more friendly solution that does not involve the use of a physical rental location at all. Just sit back, pop open the bag of popcorn striking play ' your movie should start for only a few seconds of buffering.

>>> Rent Dvd Unlimited

Rent Dvd Unlimited! This is the second article in the series at no cost TV and movie online viewing.

I recently had dinner with friends, and noticed the youngsters watching cable television programs. My friends proudly announced they just had the "movie channels" the cable company necessary for basic service, but that your children watched a common network series. I asked how much the cable bill set it well, and was astonished to discover they were willing to pay nearly $400 per year for television.

In 1985, I was stationed in England the place where a TV tax has to be paid to have and watch a television set. That's not a joke- it's real. If the tax isn't paid, you were fined along with the television was confiscated. If you are military, just like me, you'd even more problems. Those laws continue to be in force. I paid nearly $400 a year for four channels. Two independent channels and 2 BBC government regulated ones.

I don't want to pay to observe TV again. I began researching online to discover sites I could watch movies free, and wrote about seventeen ones. I enjoy watching movies generally in most genres and don't miss cable at all.

Recently, after viewing my online TV guide, I wondered if I could access one other networks web view programs and movies free. I found my answer. Yes.

Here are ten network sites to see free online programs and flicks. Not all sites show full- length movies-yet. There are more than one thirty-second commercials during these programs. That's far fewer than on regular television. Nothing listed here requires special downloads, contact information or memberships of any sort.

While many sites offer no movies yet, that knows what the future holds? Perhaps if enough people contacted the websites the network might eventually provide a movie or two.

Discovery Channel

No full- length movies, but I watched episodes of "The Colony," "The Deadliest Catch," and episodes through the "Animal Planet" series. There are many more available. I especially enjoyed clips from "Monster Animal Videos." There are truly amazing animals on this planet.

Many documentaries are available free of charge viewing also. For those who are in school, here's a place to do homework research with out a cable bill or renting a DVD.

Syfy original movies are shown on HULU.com, confirm the site to discover the movie currently playing. This site also plays several Syfy series.

There are instances of "Haven," "Warehouse 13," "Ghosthunters Academy," "Tin Man," and many more.

This site also provides online games, for example "Dark Orbit," "Ninja," "Mahjong," among others. "But wait - there's more," as television advertisers say. Syfy offers sweepstakes, phone apps, e-postcards to deliver an much, far more.

This is really a fun site, and it is my favorite price: Free!

Arts and Entertainment - AETV

View the listings of numerous programs because of this wonderful network, search for series-related items, play games, and observe full-length episodes. Join online forums to talk about your cartoon characters/programs.

Here is really a list of a couple of shows: "Dog The Bounty Hunter," "Paranormal State," 'Intervention," and a host numerous others are available for free vowing.

Hallmark

This is the greatest family-friendly site I've found to date. Back to school recipes, guidelines to help you, games to play, listings of holidays and internet based shopping are only the beginning.

Your favorite oldies series like "I Love Lucy," "Touched by an Angel," "Who's the Boss," "Golden Girls," plus much more are offered for online viewing. New series such as, "Dad's Home," "Elevator Girl," "Mending Fences" will also be offered.

Sweepstakes are offered for fans of Hallmark. Currently running is really a chance to find out the "Martha Stewart" show live as it's taped. Details are available on the site.

Slash Control

Hundreds of free movies are listed, some recent, some not. Every genre appears to be represented from Bollywood, documentaries and more.

Television series may also be available, "The Office", "Stargate SG-1", "The Office" and far more. The site boasts a total 88,688 videos to your free viewing pleasure.

Click about the links "Scifi Squad," "Movies," "AOL TV," "Horror Squad," or "TV Squad" to read the online magazines for the people genres.

Hallmark

This is the one other family-friendly site filled with contests, sweepstakes and more. Free membership is necessary to participate in the contests, however.

Watch "Hannah Montana," "Phineas and Ferb," and lots of, a lot more.

There are factoids about current and upcoming movies, forums, contests and, needless to say, the Disney Store.

It ought to be mentioned that advertisements on television suggest that free television could become a thing from the past if American's don't act and support a PAC (political action committee).

No, I don't personally feel that free television can become outdated in America. We like a people won't allow legislators to achieve that. Think about that to get a minute. How would the American Government suddenly regulate, control, and tax countless televisions? Imagine the response of the ACLU if television sets were suddenly confiscated. Ho, boy.

We were told overseas that the British Government sends "James Bond-like" trucks through neighborhoods to read the microwaves from homes, and compares the readings against printouts or computer records of that has and hasn't gotten a TV tax license. If the readings from the place showed a TV what food was in use, but no license, an inspector or PC (Police Constable) was sent to see your license. If you didn't produce it, you were fined as well as the TV was confiscated on the spot.

Can you imagine that here? I don't think so.

If you're on a break or if the cable box must go to pay the bills, watch free episodes online- make ends meet- you shouldn't be deprived of your selected shows.
